Overview

We are seeking a Partner Data Operations & MDM Analyst to manage recurring partner data operations, execute regular Value Index data refreshes, and ensure accurate data mapping across enterprise systems.

This role will work across multiple data sources to maintain partner records, map partner accounts to enterprise identifiers and qualification codes, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and support ongoing data governance across multiple partner portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Data Refresh Operations: Own and execute recurring data refresh cycles, monitor data pipelines, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot synchronization issues across enterprise systems.
Data Collection & Mapping: Collect partner data from structured databases and manual sources and accurately map partner accounts to enterprise identifiers and qualification codes.
Master Data Management: Create and manage MDM cases to associate the appropriate codes, identifiers, and attributes with partner records.
Data Quality & Reconciliation: Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks; investigate mismatches and maintain accurate reconciliation logs.
Automation: Identify repetitive manual processes and implement workflow automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, scripting, or other low-code/no-code technologies.
Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain operational dashboards and status trackers providing visibility into refresh cycles, data quality, exceptions, and outstanding actions.
Process & Governance: Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, RACI workflows, and data governance procedures.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, clarify requirements, and maintain consistent partner data across systems.

Required Qualifications

Experience in data operations, data management, master data management, or data governance within an enterprise environment.
Strong experience working with structured data, databases, data tables, and recurring data refresh processes.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, synchronization issues, data mapping errors, and reconciliation problems.
Working knowledge of MDM concepts, enterprise identifiers, account hierarchies, and data governance.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, low-code/no-code workflow automation, or scripting.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data and identify inconsistencies.
Experience creating or maintaining operational dashboards, trackers, and reconciliation reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with partner, customer, vendor, or account master data.
Experience with enterprise identifiers, partner hierarchies, qualification codes, or similar data structures.
Experience supporting data governance or MDM operations in a large enterprise environment.
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis/reporting tools.
Experience documenting SOPs, RACI models, and operational workflows.
