Summary

The Role:

Our Stock Plan Services (SPS) business unit manages equity compensation programs for public and private organizations worldwide, supporting approximately 2 million participants across 300+ clients in 150 countries.
As part of our ongoing modernization efforts, we are transforming our legacy reporting and business intelligence platform into a cloud-ready, real-time data ecosystem.
We are seeking a Principal Database Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle database development, performance tuning, and enterprise data solutions to help drive this initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise Oracle database solutions.
Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and stability improvements.
Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, and database objects.
Design and implement ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
Support reporting and business intelligence platforms with high-performance database solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and cloud-ready data architectures.
