About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Salesforce Agentforce, you will partner directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations to transform high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and Salesforce AI capabilities to solve complex business challenges.
In this client-facing role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to integrate AI-powered experiences into enterprise workflows, automate business processes, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Agentforce solutions.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to address business and operational challenges.
- Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions with business and customer stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, and adoption.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and best practices for Salesforce and AI implementations.
- Build and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or enterprise application implementation.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in end-to-end solution delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and development.
- Salesforce Agentforce implementation (Required).
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
- Experience building AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications through REST APIs, GraphQL, middleware, and cloud services.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and model integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers in a solution delivery or consulting model.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
