Job Overview

Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst - SailPoint
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months +

Key Responsibilities

Liaison: Act as the bridge between business units and IT for a major SailPoint integration.
Requirements: Gather, document, and map current vs. future state processes.
Testing: Create and execute functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
Support: Manage ServiceNow ticketing, troubleshoot application issues, and handle vendor relations.
Compliance: Work with compliance teams to ensure application security and risk controls are met. [1]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years as a seasoned IT Business Systems Analyst.
IAM Core: Strong experience with SailPoint integration (SailPoint Identity Security Cloud is a big plus).
Ticketing: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Methodology: Proven experience working in a mix of Agile and Waterfall environments.
Domain: Prior experience working within the Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint. [2, 3]
