Duration: 12 Months Contract

Additional Details:

• Onsite Monday-Thursday (no exceptions), remote on Friday.
• The Project Manager will oversee applications supporting marketing platforms as well as StudioOne, studio rights application.
• Preference for candidates who have leveraged AI to create dashboards and manage risk.
• Must be flexible, proactive, eager to learn, willing to take initiative.
• Expect 2-3 rounds of interviews, including onsite interview.

• Job Description:
• We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that bring together technology delivery and AI-enabled workflows. The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of initiatives across production support and software development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, financial outcomes, and AI-enabled operating models.
• The Project Manager will serve as a liaison across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, translating strategy into execution while continuously optimizing for efficiency and scalability.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee programs end-to-end across the full lifecycle, including intake, strategy alignment, planning, execution, and value realization.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable program roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and cohesive execution across the portfolio.
• Design and maintain real-time program dashboards using modern analytics and AI-assisted tools to provide operational intelligence to leadership.
• Lead Agile program execution across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models, adapting delivery approaches to maximize team effectiveness.
• Facilitate key program ceremonies and leadership reviews, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions across teams.
• Support quarterly planning, OKRs, and portfolio prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource capacity.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or technical project management.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience operating in hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience working with technical teams including software engineering, data, infrastructure, and UX.
• Experience developing and managing agents and agentic workflows to support project management activities, including task creation, status updates, insight collection, and day-to-day execution.
• Expertise using project management tools to execute programs and manage resources, such as Jira and Smartsheet.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments.
• Experience working with AI products, data platforms, or advanced analytics initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
