Key Responsibilities:

  • 5–10 years of experience in railway signaling, ATS, CBTC, interlocking, or rail control center projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret railway track layouts, signaling plans, route plans, and engineering documentation.
  • Understanding of railway operations, signaling principles, routes, switches, track segments, and control center systems.
  • Experience with application engineering, system configuration, database preparation, or railway data management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siemens, Bombardier, Alstom, Hitachi, Thales, or similar ATS/CBTC systems.
  • Experience in ATS configuration, map database preparation, control center applications, or CBTC application engineering.
  • Familiarity with operator HMI configuration and rail transit operations.
  • Previous experience supporting metro, commuter rail, or transit signaling projects.

 Key Competencies:

  • Railway Signaling
  • ATS / CBTC Systems
  • Track Layout Interpretation
  • Application Engineering
  • Database Configuration
  • Route & Topology Modelling
  • Control Center Systems
  • Engineering Data Validation

Note: Engineer should be comfortable reviewing railway track plans and understanding how signaling and operational information must be represented within ATS applications and databases. Prior experience with a specific ATS tool is not mandatory, but strong railway domain knowledge and the ability to translate track and signaling information into system configuration data are essential.
