Summary

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Marketing Cloud) programs for healthcare payer and provider organizations, driving compliant, data-driven member and provider engagement initiatives.
Manage multi-track digital transformation programs across campaign orchestration, journey design, segmentation, personalization, integrations, and analytics.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PHI, consent management, CAN-SPAM, TCPA) by embedding compliance and privacy controls within marketing solutions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to deliver programs on time, within scope, and budget.
Establish governance frameworks including executive steering, RAID management, roadmap planning, and performance tracking.
Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 Marketing and enterprise systems (CRM, enrollment, claims, CDP, analytics) ensuring scalable and secure architecture.
Track ROI, value realization, and user adoption while managing budgets, resource plans, and SOW/commercial governance.
