Key Qualifications and Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven Enterprise AI Delivery Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering one or more enterprise-scale AI products or solutions from concept through implementation, deployment, and adoption. - Collaborative, Hands-On Team Player: Experience working side by side with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment. Able to work closely with engineering, data science, product, business, and leadership teams to solve problems and drive execution—not simply coordinate meetings or track project status.
- Experience in High-Performance Teams: A track record of contributing to fast-paced, high-performing teams with a strong focus on accountability, execution, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong Overall Role Fit: Demonstrates the right combination of communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, adaptability, ownership, and professional maturity. Can provide clear, specific examples of past accomplishments and respond to questions directly, confidently, and coherently.

- High Energy and Execution Orientation: Brings enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and a bias toward action. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging stakeholders, overcoming delivery challenges, and maintaining momentum in a dynamic AI environment.
- Product Ownership and Business Impact: Understands the full AI product lifecycle, including identifying business needs, translating requirements into solutions, partnering with technical teams, managing implementation, driving adoption, and measuring results.
Job Description:
Program Overview
Manager explained that these openings support client’s Enterprise AI organization.
The objective is not simply staffing project managers against funded initiatives. Instead, Client is building a dedicated PMO support structure that works directly alongside Enterprise AI leadership to:
· Prioritize work across AI initiatives
· Improve planning and execution
· Reduce delays caused by limited leadership bandwidth
· Increase organizational maturity within the AI space
· Provide program structure and accountability around AI product delivery
Manager shared an example where Enterprise AI was unable to provide planning inputs on time because technical leaders were focused on delivery work rather than documenting plans. These new PMO resources are intended to close that gap.
For the Program Manager openings, Client is looking for:
· Senior-level PMO practitioners
· Enterprise program leadership experience
· Governance experience
· Accountability management
· Issue and risk management
· Cross-functional coordination
· Structured execution
They will work across:
· Product teams
· Engineering teams
· Data science teams
