Functional Test Lead – Healthcare Payer (TriZetto FACETS).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform. The ideal candidate will lead functional testing assessments, discovery workshops, transition planning, and testing transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership in Quality Engineering, testing governance, managed services transitions, and stakeholder management.
Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Functional Testing or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading testing programs or managed services engagements.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS.
• Strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge covering:
• Claims Processing
• Enrollment & Membership
• Billing
• Provider Management
• Prior Authorization
• Care Management
• EDI Transactions
• Experience in functional discovery, due diligence, testing assessments, and transition planning.
• Strong understanding of functional testing operating models, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Experience with testing governance, stakeholder management, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Working knowledge of Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps
