What is in it for you?

We are seeking an experienced Facets Analyst with strong expertise in SQL to support healthcare payer systems and data analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Facets platform and a solid understanding of healthcare claims, enrollment, billing, and provider configuration processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to write complex SQL queries, and experience working closely with business and technical team

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work extensively on Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Billing, and Provider.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Analyze healthcare claims and membership data for business and operational insights.
  • Support configuration, testing, and production support activities.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory implementations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, QA, and Business Analysts.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Facets.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning).
  • Experience working with healthcare payer data (Claims, Eligibility, Benefits).
  • Good understanding of healthcare concepts like ICD, CPT, HCPCS.
  • Experience in data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
