Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Lead to support our HR Technology team as part of a strategic HRIT transformation initiative.
This role will serve as a key partner to the HR and IT Business Partner teams, providing functional and technical expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) / Recruiting.
The ideal candidate will help drive SAP SuccessFactors release readiness, enhancement delivery, system optimization, and ongoing production support while collaborating closely with HR stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, with primary focus on:
Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) / Recruiting
Employee Central
Onboarding
Performance & Goals
Learning and other HR modules as applicable
Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release activities:
Release review and impact assessment
Feature analysis and recommendations
Regression testing coordination
Deployment support
Partner with HR, HRIS, and IT Business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and process improvements
Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and ensure system stability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices aligned with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, security, reporting, and external vendors
Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and support processes
Participate in enhancement prioritization, roadmap discussions, and solution planning

Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong expertise in:
SuccessFactors Recruiting / TAM (RCM)
Employee Central
Multi-module SuccessFactors support
Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases and enhancements
Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology ecosystems
Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and HR leadership teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in HRIT, HRIS, or enterprise application support environments
