💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions across MDM and Information Services environments
- Partner with business and IT teams to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts
- Define and implement data architecture standards, best practices, and governance strategies
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance data solutions
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions to drive decision-making
- Establish and track KPIs to measure data effectiveness and business impact
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems
- Guide and train stakeholders on leveraging data for analysis and decision-making
🛠️ What You Bring
- Strong experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple data sources
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable data architectures
- Experience translating business needs into technical data solutions
🔧 Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data
- 5+ years working with IBM Knowledge Catalog (including DataStage migration support)
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Manta
- Experience defining and enforcing data architecture standards and best practices
📍 Location & Requirements
- Must be located within 120 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission
- Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite: Monday & Tuesday – non-negotiable)
- On-site interview required
- Relocation is not available
