How you'll make an impact in this role- Serves as key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information
- Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports
- Identifies data trends and makes recommendations for quality improvement
- Parses, validates and scrubs data of widely differing formats
- Analyzes structured and unstructured data for business insight
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Bachelor's degree, strongly Prefer Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Computer or Information Science, Physics, Behavioral and Social Sciences, Workforce/People Analytics, Marketing Analytics or other related technical or quantitative fields
- Tools, programing languages: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Google Cloud Patform.
- Data manipulation: proficient in cleaning, organizing and transforming raw data into structured formats (joins, aggregations, window functions, and CTEs), and Healthcare Data experience (EHR, Billing, Claims, Registry, etc)
