Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Java Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java and Python to design, develop, and lead scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring development teams while actively contributing to coding and system design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Java and Python.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best engineering practices.
Design and implement microservices-based architecture.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation for development pipelines.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development within the team.

Required Skills

10+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in Core Java / Java 8+
Hands-on experience with Python development
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework
Strong experience in Microservices architecture
Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
