Infrastructure Project Manager

Description
We are partnering with a local client in in the search for a Project Manager to lead multiple, primarily security, infrastructure, and data-related initiatives. This role is highly delivery-focused and best suited for someone who enjoys working "in the weeds," managing execution details end-to-end while partnering closely with technical teams and stakeholders. Experience supporting Disaster Recovery initiatives is a strong plus.
This role manages a varied portfolio rather than a single domain. Projects are generally traditional in nature and moderate in complexity, requiring someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting between initiatives as priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver security, infrastructure, and related projects from initiation through completion
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and senior leaders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria
• Drive day-to-day project execution, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Communicate project status, issues, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively
• Apply Agile and Scrum principles where appropriate while maintaining strong fundamentals of traditional project management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure and/or security projects
• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with practical application experience
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different functional areas

Additional Qualifications

• Disaster Recovery experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
• Able to operate effectively with minimal process overhead
• Proactive, decisive, and highly delivery-oriented

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
