Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager IV to lead and manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects with a team of over 100 resources. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects. This role will primarily be remote, with occasional in-office working sessions in Chicago.
Responsibilities: - Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Conduct technological research to align with organizational goals and user needs.
- Coordinate resources and timetables to complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure quality.
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security measures.
- Evaluate organizational outcomes, identify problems, and recommend IT strategies and policies.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze variances.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by staying updated on industry practices.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with significant budgets and resources.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations for senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred certifications: PMP and Agile Certification.

Pay Range: $75- $80
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
