Hybrid/Local IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM Developer/Facilities/Estate/Workplace Reservation Manager with Tririga Projects, BIRT, upgrade/migration experience
Location: Austin, TX (HHSC)
Duration: 5 Months
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

4 Required Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract

Description:
Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application. This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements. Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance. Supports the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading the environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.
Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT. Modifies existing Tririga components to improve the agency s process, maintenance and improve system efficiency.
