Job Title : Network Architect

Location: Kennesaw or Dalton , GA
Position: Contract to Hire

Most important skillsets for this Network Architect role:

• Daltile/Mohawk is an SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) shop, so must have this experience
• VXLAN (Virtual eXtensible Local-Area Network) experience is a must
• Palo Alto firewall experience is a must

Overview:

The Network Architect is a leading performer that manages infrastructure projects and processes by leveraging creativity and comprehensive operational understanding to resolve a wide range of business issues that impact multiple departments or job areas. This role will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.

Required Experience

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6 years of IT experiences developing client server or web-based applications.
• Cisco Network Professional: CCNP or higher
• WAN professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience on complex routing topology with experience on BGP and EIGRP routing protocols.
• 8-10 years of data center networking in Cisco Nexus platforms. Experienced in an VXLAN EVPN environment with leaf and Spine architecture and multi VRF environment along with Nexus Dashboard.
• 2-4 years of SDWAN experience. Added advantage for Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN knowledge.
• 5 years of LAN and Campus network experience with Cisco switching platforms. Experience in modular and non-modular CAT switches.
• Experience with application Load Balancer like Radware or F5.
• Good understanding and fundamental knowledge of Public Clouds like Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
