Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial consolidation, statutory and management reporting, and end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations. This role requires both functional and technical expertise to support large-scale financial transformation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

EPM Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, particularly FCCS and ARCS
  • Participate in both consulting advisory and delivery engagements, including transformation strategy and execution
  • Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business and financial reporting requirements

Financial Consolidation & Reporting

  • Configure FCCS for:
    • Statutory and Management Reporting
    • Multi-GAAP and IFRS reporting
    • Intercompany eliminations and allocations
    • Currency translation and consolidation processes
  • Ensure accurate reporting across Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Develop and maintain FCCS business rules (read, write, modify, and analyze impact)
  • Design task flows, metadata structures, and consolidation processes
  • Handle complex ownership structures including joint ventures and equity pickup
  • Manage foreign currency translation and its impact on financial statements

Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate FCCS with source systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Utilize FDMEE / Cloud Data Management for data integration and transformation
  • Automate processes using EPM Automate

Reporting & User Enablement

  • Develop and support reporting using SmartView
  • Conduct Show & Tell sessions, workshops, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with business and IT stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to finance users and stakeholders



Required Skills

Core EPM Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS and ARCS
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Financial consolidation processes
    • Intercompany eliminations
    • Currency translation
    • Allocations and ownership structures

Financial Domain Knowledge

  • Expertise in financial statements:
    • Income Statement
    • Balance Sheet
    • Cash Flow
  • Knowledge of Multi-GAAP and IFRS standards

Technical Skills

  • Experience with:
    • FDMEE / Cloud Data Management
    • EPM Automate
    • SmartView
  • Integration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems

Consulting & Communication

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience leading workshops, CRPs, and business discussions



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in large-scale financial transformation programs
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 (Insurance Contracts)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud (SaaS ERP)
