Long Term Contract
Role Descriptions: Design and build scalable Anaplan models following best practices (DISCO| Data Hub architecture| ALM). Hands on development and support of WorkforceStaff Planning models including headcount forecasting| compensation planning| hiring plans| and attrition modeling.
Build and maintain Financial Planning models including budgeting| forecasting| and scenario modeling. Develop fully connected PL Balance Sheet Cash Flow forecasting structures. Partner closely with HR| Finance| Accounting| and IT to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-wide planning solutions.
Maintain and optimize model performance| structure| and scalability automate processes and improve user experience. Manage version control| development workflows| and structured release processes through Anaplan ALM.

8 years of hands-on experience with complex| multi model Anaplan architecture. Strong expertise in ALM| version control| and release management across Dev Test Prod environments. Strong understanding of FPA processes| income statements| balance sheet mechanics| cash flow| and workforce planning
concepts. Proficient in UX pages| data modeling| advanced formulas| and model performance optimization. Experience with integrations using Anaplan Connect| Postman (API testing)| Airflow| or similar ETLautomation platforms.
