Job Description - Overall experience of 10+ years in project management, agile delivery, and driving scrums Exposure to data analytics and AI concepts and delivery workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Exposure to SAFe, Scrum, Agile, or Kanban frameworks
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Coursework or certification related to Agile, Scrum, or project management is preferable
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and program management support in a Data and AI organization is desirable
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
- Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
- Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Skill Requirements - Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master.
- Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
- Certifications: Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
