Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale digital experience solutions in the commerce domain using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AEM architecture, technical design, development, and code reviews.
  • Develop reusable AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and custom workflows.
  • Implement AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and metadata management.
  • Support AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, and deployments.
  • Develop responsive frontend components using HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems and REST APIs, including OpenSearch.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

  • 11+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and AEM Clientlibs.
  • AEM DAM, custom workflows, metadata management, MSM, and editable templates.
  • Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Git, Maven, Dispatcher, and Adobe Cloud Manager.

Preferred: Adobe AEM certification, headless CMS experience, and AWS knowledge.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
