  • Provide hands on project management and oversight of project execution by delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while exceeding client expectations.

  • Perform structural design and analysis for new, replacement, and existing structures using hand calculations and finite element analysis for reinforced concrete and structural steel systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in reinforced concrete and structural steel design, detailing, and preparation of construction documents (plans, details, specifications).

  • A proven ability to lead multi-discipline engineering teams to produce high quality drawings, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Significant business development experience: identifying opportunities, leading capture efforts, and preparing persuasive proposals (experience with on call/IDIQ contracts preferred).

  • Proficiency with advanced structural analysis / FEA software such as SAP2000, ANSYS, LPILE, or comparable tools. Comfortable with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CADD/BIM workflows is desired.

  • Experience consulting with suppliers, fabricators, or contractors to interpret specifications and resolve technical challenges.

  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
