Summary

Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP Analyst (PP/QM) to support a multi-year SAP transformation roadmap focused on modernizing the company's manufacturing ERP landscape and expanding SAP capabilities across global operations.
This role will be a key contributor to a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration while supporting existing SAP environments and future implementation projects across manufacturing plants worldwide. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on SAP functional expert specializing in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), while partnering closely with business leaders, engineering, development, security, and manufacturing teams.

Key Initiatives
Primary Focus
SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation programs
Additional Responsibilities
Ongoing support and enhancement of existing ECC environments
Manufacturing process optimization
SAP standardization efforts within a heavily customized SAP landscape
Future SAP implementations across global manufacturing facilities over the next 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an SAP PP/QM subject matter expert supporting manufacturing operations and strategic SAP initiatives.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and SAP configuration activities.
Facilitate business process workshops and drive adoption of SAP best practices.
Design scalable solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.
Create functional specifications for custom enhancements and developments.
Execute testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization.
Collaborate with internal development teams, security teams, and external consultants.
Proactively identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support global SAP projects and cross-functional process improvements.
Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering organizations.
Provide guidance and oversight to project resources and consulting partners when necessary.

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $199000.00/yr.
