We are seeking a Senior Fabric Integration Developer to help design, build, and support modern data integration and analytics solutions within a cloud-first environment. This role will focus on developing scalable data pipelines, enabling seamless data movement across enterprise systems, and supporting advanced reporting and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.


The ideal candidate has strong experience in data engineering, cloud-based integrations, and enterprise analytics platforms. This individual will play a key role in transforming business requirements into robust technical solutions while helping build highly available, secure, and scalable data platforms.



<>Data Engineering & Integration

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.

  • Build and support high-performance ETL and ELT processes that ingest, transform, and deliver data from diverse sources.

  • Develop scalable data architectures that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

  • Create and maintain API-driven integrations and automated data processing workflows.

  • Implement cloud-native data solutions that improve accessibility, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data.

  • Enhance and optimize existing data pipelines to improve performance and scalability.

  • Support ongoing data modernization and platform improvement initiatives.


<>Analytics & Platform Development

  • Develop and support Lakehouse-based data environments that serve enterprise reporting and analytics needs.

  • Implement Medallion architecture frameworks to support structured and governed data management practices.

  • Deliver curated datasets that enable effective analytics and self-service reporting.

  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to support data consumption requirements.

  • Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable enterprise data platforms.


<>Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Participate in architectural planning and solution design discussions.

  • Recommend best practices related to data integration, engineering, and platform development.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and support procedures.

  • Support deployments, platform enhancements, troubleshooting efforts, and production operations.


<>Platform Reliability & Governance

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure data platform stability.

  • Troubleshoot complex data integration, transformation, and performance issues.

  • Support CI/CD processes and automated deployment strategies for data engineering solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and maintainability across the data ecosystem.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise data integration, engineering, or analytics solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows.

  • Advanced SQL development and database optimization experience.

  • Strong programming experience with:

    • Python

    • C#

    • .NET Framework



  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Microsoft Fabric

    • Azure Data Factory

    • Azure Data Lake

    • Azure Service Bus

    • Azure Functions

    • REST APIs

    • AWS Lambda

    • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)



  • Experience designing and implementing:

    • Lakehouse Architectures

    • Medallion Architecture Frameworks

    • Metadata-Driven Data Pipelines

    • API-Based Integrations

    • Cloud-Native Data Solutions



  • Experience supporting large-scale analytics, reporting, and data platforms.

  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, monitoring, and observability best practices.

  • Experience implementing CI/CD methodologies and deployment automation.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting environments using Power BI.

  • Experience working within large-scale cloud and hybrid data environments.

  • Knowledge of modern data platform architecture and engineering best practices.

  • Experience contributing to solution architecture and technical design initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

  • Experience supporting data modernization or cloud transformation projects.
