As a Field Technical Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Operations Support team, supporting various technical and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble system/products in accordance with standard procedures.
- Respond promptly to service, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
- Ability to manage consumable inventory and perform device troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to assist end users and report issues appropriately.
