Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Azure .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing .NET-based Azure Functions and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, Azure serverless technologies, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions for scalable, serverless, and event-driven applications.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Integrate Azure Functions with Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Event Grid, and Key Vault.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and diagnostics using Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6/8.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Azure Functions.
• Experience with:
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Event Grid
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure App Services
• Azure Application Insights
• Strong understanding of serverless computing and event-driven architecture.
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and YAML.
• Experience with Git and source control management.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
