Looking for an Jr. End User Services (EUS) Engineer. 2 - 6 Years experience to start. They are Looking for strong trading, applications combined with trader support is a plus but needs to be in-dept . Ideally, would like for someone who has handled all aspects of user support plus exposure to system administration (knowing when to apply powershell/scripting, etc.)

An End User Services (EUS) Engineer at Client manages global desktop environments (devices), focusing on system imaging, application packaging, automated deployments via Intune/MEM/PowerShell, and VDI management (VMware Horizon). Roles involve proactive improvements, maintaining best practices, and ensuring high-quality, secure IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Desktop Engineering: Responsible for system imaging, application packaging, and automated deployment using Intune and PowerShell.
- VDI Management: Managing VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Support & Incident Management: Responding to IT requests, incident resolution within SLA times, and user account administration.
- System Maintenance: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting system upgrades (e.g., OS upgrades).
- Infrastructure Support: Assisting with IT infrastructure tasks such as network switch configuration, access points, and server cabinet organization.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in modern workspace technology (Intune, MEM) and automation (PowerShell).
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware Horizon).
- Experience in the financial services sector, specifically dealing with trading environments.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to manage 1,000+ devices.
