Job Summary:
#TMNA Data & Analytics group is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating various systems and applications, with a specific focus on customer data.
This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the candidate will excel in translating complex data analysis into compelling data stories and creating value generation documents to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to customer data integration.
* Analysis and Design: Analyze existing systems and data flows to design effective integration solutions that meet business needs.
* Data Storytelling: Translate complex data analysis into clear, compelling data stories that communicate insights and drive business decisions.
* Value Generation Documents: Develop value generation documents that highlight the benefits and ROl of integration solutions, supporting strategic business initiatives.
* Data Mapping: Develop data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between systems.
* Integration Development: Work with development teams to implement integration solutions, including APIs, ETL processes, and middleware.
* Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
* Documentation: Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system interfaces. Able to synthesize functional & data flows to business friendly presentations that caters to wider audience.
* Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
