Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud technologies to design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the development of intelligent copilots, automation frameworks, and conversational AI solutions integrated across Microsoft ecosystems.

The candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of Power Platform architecture, Azure AI services, and enterprise integration patterns while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Develop intelligent copilots and conversational AI applications integrated with enterprise systems
Lead end-to-end implementation of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
Architect scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure
Integrate Copilot solutions with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs
Define governance, security, compliance, and best practices for Power Platform and Copilot implementations
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectures
Optimize AI workflows, automation processes, and user experiences
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams
Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI solutions

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations
Knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint integrations
Experience designing enterprise-level architecture and AI automation solutions
Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform
Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and cloud integration patterns
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications in Azure and Power Platform
Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
Knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI governance frameworks
Prior experience leading architecture and solution design initiatives

Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of experience in Power Platform/Copilot architecture roles

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics 365
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform
Exposure to AI/ML and enterprise chatbot implementations
