Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives
* Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope
* May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process
* Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
* Ability to handle most unique situations
* May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues
* Manages internal project delivery
* Manages project financials including business impact
* Meets or exceeds approved budget
* Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management
* Manages stakeholder relationships
* Manages mid to upper level stakeholder relationships
* Manages project team
* Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally up to 20 people
* Is aware of necessary skill development of project team members
* Provides performance review input and development recommendations for team members

REQUIREMENTS:
* First Level University degree
* On the PMP Certification path; Participates in the Services PM Profession community
* 5+ years of experience in project management roles or in like roles/businesses
* Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
* Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
