Technical Marketing Project Manager - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Marketing Project Manager. This is a remote role on a part time basis, averaging 20 to 30 hours a week. We are looking for someone to be able to work EST morning hours, Monday-Friday.

Summary:
In this role, the Technical Marketing Project Manager will stand at the crossroads of software and business. You need to speak both languages to deliver top of the line technical projects that can translate into critical marketing collateral.

Duties:
* Determine and define scope, responsibilities and manage budget and direct resources
* Maintain a project schedule and track progress against key deliverables and milestones
* Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Set deadlines, control scope, guide the project team and celebrate your wins

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in project management
* Experience with Agile methodologies, project management best practices
* Creative problem solver
* Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, timeline and budget
* Strong, demonstratable organization and communication skills
* Have worked on large projects with diverse teams
* Able to manage multiple workstreams and projects concurrently
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Able to moderate and lead calls
* Able to keep proper status and documentation on PM tools
* Able to identify risks and escalate to management as appropriate
* Focus on driving technical content creation for select industries i.e. Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense (prior experience with industries not required and may be subject to change)

Desired Skills and Experience:
* PMP Certification
* Experience with the Siemens Software portfolio
* Experience with Project Management tools - MS Office (Project, Visio, PPT, Excel, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
