Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with v6+ Rhapsody Integration Engine

• 5+ years of experience with Symphonia Mapping Language (SML)

• 5+ years of experience with HL7 (versions 2.3.1–2.5.1, including ORU and ORM message types)

• 2+ years of experience with XML, XSD, and XPath

• 3+ years of experience writing advanced SQL join statements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript

• 2+ years of experience with SOAP web services

Preferred Skills

• Windows Server OS administration

• Experience with public health, disease surveillance systems, or LIMS

• Excel, VBA macros, Power Automate, and Flow

• Knowledge of LOINC and SNOMED

• DevOps and JIRA experience

• REDCap experience

• Experience with FASTQ files and demultiplexing

Certification

• Rhapsody certification (specific certification should be listed on the resume)
