Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows.
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI).
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital).
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems.
Lead code reviews, and delivery execution.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP).
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory.
Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC).
Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI).
Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity).

Preferred Skills:

MuleSoft / integration experience.
CI/CD tools (Autorabit,Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Salesforce security & compliance.

Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
FSC Accredited Professional.
Data Cloud / AI certifications.

Ideal Candidate:

FSC SME with strong development background.
Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
Proven ability to lead teams + deliver hands-on solutions.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
