Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow HCM Developer to support a large financial services client in designing, developing, and enhancing HR digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD/HCM modules, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and platform leadership within regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
The candidate will lead technical delivery, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, mentor developers, and drive scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD/HCM) solutions.
- Design scalable workflows, employee service centers, lifecycle events, case management, and knowledge management solutions.
- Gather requirements from HR, compliance, and business teams and translate them into technical designs.

- Develop and maintain custom applications, scoped apps, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise HR systems such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Active Directory
- Payroll and identity systems
- Ensure platform governance, security, audit readiness, and compliance with financial industry standards.
- Lead code reviews, release management, CI/CD practices, and platform upgrade activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and enterprise application teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in HRSD/HCM implementations.

- Experience implementing ServiceNow in banking, insurance, or financial services environments.

- Ability to lead offshore/onshore development teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
Financial Domain Experience:
- HR compliance in regulated industries
