Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (HCM)

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD/HCM solutions, including Employee Center, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Build and maintain workflows, integrations, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or other enterprise applications.
Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD/HCM).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform customization.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HR systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and employee service management processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
