Job Description:

Primary Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Lead Healthcare and EMR testing and automation activities across assigned client engagements.
• Define, oversee, and support delivery of test automation solutions for EMR platforms including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Veradigm.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards, processes, and best practices for healthcare testing engagements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare and EMR testing in customer meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
• Support solution definition, effort estimation, and proposal development for healthcare-related opportunities.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure assignments are executed as per agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to delivery teams to ensure effective execution of automated testing solutions.
• Ensure adherence to TestingXperts delivery methodologies, quality standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Support account mining activities by identifying opportunities for additional work within healthcare accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and leadership teams as required.

Employee will be expected to:

• Deliver primary responsibilities along with relevant secondary skills to complete assigned tasks on time and as per internal and external client expectations.
• Ensure all TestingXperts and client policies, procedures, and objectives are fully complied with during delivery.
• Maintain required documentation, reporting, and client-approved timesheets as per company guidelines.
• Follow established governance, escalation, and communication processes for assigned engagements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and reuse of healthcare testing artifacts across engagements where applicable.
• Continuously look for ways to increase the revenue for the company from the project by mining the account, socializing and carving out additional projects or resources needs.
• Employee will be solely responsible for ensuring that TestingXperts and its client policies and objectives are fully complied with and for completing the given Assignments on time and as per other expectations. And for the purpose of timekeeping, employees are subject to submission of client approved Timesheets.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to: Head of Delivery (US).
• Dotted-line coordination with Quality Engineering and AI Transformation leadership for healthcare-related initiatives.
