Summary

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in banking technology merger integrations and large-scale digital transformations.
Proficiency in lending systems, digital payment platforms, and branch technology architectures.
Experience with platform rationalization, migration sequencing, and technical dependency mapping.
Experience in commercial and consumer digital banking platforms and money movement systems.
Experience with translating integration strategies into technical roadmaps and execution milestones.
Experience in managing integration risks, platform delivery blockers, and data dependencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct the planning for platform rationalization, migration sequencing, and technical dependency management.
Coordinate technical execution across internal technology teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Convert integration strategies into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.
Provide architectural guidance for lending, payments, and branch teller platform integrations.
Oversee the identification and mitigation of integration risks and data platform dependencies.
Function as a hands-on delivery lead to drive execution across critical digital banking platforms.
Manage cross-platform coordination for Day 1 and Day 2 readiness and platform delivery.
