Job Details

Strong experience in P&C Billing systems implementation and maintenance support
Provide production support with an initial focus on system cleanup, new incident handling, Jira/ServiceNow ticket management, and reconciliation coordination.
Analyze complex business processes, gather and document detailed requirements, assess feasibility/costs, and recommend optimal solutions based on performance analysis and industry research.
Lead and manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive issue resolution to meet business and customer expectations.
Design and oversee release testing (test strategy, test cases, execution monitoring), and validate system behavior aligns with business requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing technical/user support.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience with P&C insurance billing systems
Proven ability to write clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working across cross-functional teams (business, engineering, operations) from requirements through deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and managing backlogs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with P&C Billing platform
Background in legacy system modernization, migration, or integration mapping.
Knowledge of payments integrations (e.g., OneInc, CollectOne, Adyen).
