Data Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking a Data Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in developing quality data engineering solutions
* Software development experience in the Financial Industry
* Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, SQL Scripting, and database performance tuning
* Solid understanding of ETL tools like Informatica and Data Warehousing like Snowflake.
* You enjoy learning new technologies, analyzing data, identifying gaps, issues, patterns, and building solutions
* You can independently analyze technical challenges, identify, assess impact, and identify innovative solutions
* Strong data modeling skills using Quantitative and Multi-Dimensional Analysis
* Demonstrate understanding of data design concepts - Transactional, Data Mart, Data Warehouse etc.
* Beginner proficiency of in Java, Python, REST API, and AWS, is a plus.
* You are passionate about delivering high quality software using DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker) practices!
* Experience developing software using Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
