Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a PowerApps Model-Driven Developer, you will join's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
PowerApps development and configuration, including integrations with SAP, HANA, Snowflake, Figures, etc.
Support for testing, including defect triage, fixing, and retesting
Deployment prep and hypercare support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Provide architectural guidance and present solution options with pros and cons
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
Expert-level knowledge of Model-Driven PowerApps, with working experience in Canvas apps
Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and Dynamics 365 CE
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and share knowledge across teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a global team
Passionate about technology and continuous improvement

Hands-on experience with:
PowerApps Model-Driven Apps and Portals
Dynamics 365 CE
Power Automate
Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Data Factory
Plugin development, JavaScript, C#, .NET
Microsoft Power Platform DevOps and deployment pipelines
SQL and relational database design
Power BI (preferred)
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
