Job Details

Position :: Salesforce Business Analyst
Remote role
Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions (functional and technical) across all impacted stakeholder teams.

* Analyze, document, and consolidate business and system requirements specific to the MS Dynamics to Salesforce migration.

* Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs to create a detailed migration plan, including data mapping and process flows.

* Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team.

* Support project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale CRM or system migration projects.

* Experience with either Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage and consolidate requirements from diverse groups.
