Solution Architect (Onsite)
Primary Location: San Francisco, California

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Solution Architect for our premier client in San Francisco, California.

Education and Experience

10+ years of experience in P2M and Supply Chain architecture.
Hands-on experience across:
Integrated Planning concepts like Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing - personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence.
Retail, CPG, or DTC brand experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Agentic AI or LLM applications in P2M automation or Employees engagement.
Exposure to composable P2M and MACH architecture principles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Able to integrate quickly into an existing team and contribute without significant ramp-up.
Strong communication skills - able to translate complex P2M concepts into business value for executive audiences.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
Collaborative team player who can operate within established processes and governance frameworks.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align P2M investments with business outcomes.
Assess the current P2M landscape and Vendor capability to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc.
Advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases including predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, and content automation.
Partner with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions.
Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms.
Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for P2M investments and platform consolidations.
Produce clear documentation - architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, and recommendations - aligned to team standards.
