  • Strong experience managing cross-functional technical forums, operational review cadences, action-item tracking, issue/risk management, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience working with mainframe, DB2, enterprise database, infrastructure, production support, incident/problem management, or mission-critical operations environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts, decisions needed, and actionable next steps for leadership audiences.
  • Strong organizational discipline with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise meeting recaps, status reports, decision logs, and escalation summaries.
  • Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent enterprise tools.

  • Understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, release, and service management processes.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, operational scorecards, RAID logs, action trackers, and recurring governance packages.
