Position: Supply Chain Managing Consultant - Autonomous / Agentic Supply Chain

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 15+ years of experience
• 10+ years of global experience, calibrated to the selected band and demonstrated scope of leadership.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with expertise in a specific domain, function, or technology area; 10+ years with broader expertise across multiple areas.
• Strong supply chain consulting or industry transformation experience plus practical AI/GenAI exposure.
• Experience with LLMs and SLMs, AI agents, process intelligence, automation, data, and responsible AI considerations.
• Experience leading workshops, assessments, workstreams, roadmaps, business cases, proposals, and executive-ready deliverables.
• ITSM or ITOM experience with ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy, or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Relevant AI certification strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
