Remote Business Automation Delivery Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Business Automation Delivery Lead on a contract basis.

Summary:
The Business Automation Delivery Lead will be tasked with the execution and delivery of critical, high-impact automation projects across the organization. The Remote Business Automation Delivery Lead will be tasked with overseeing the planning and delivery of strategic ERP enhancements and interfaces that streamline manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations. The Remote Business Automation Delivery Lead will also manage the full project lifecycle for major automation and enhancement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have an Associate's degree or higher
* Must have 12+ years of experience within a highly regulated industry
* Must have 5+ years of dedicated experience in a product planning or senior program management role, specifically overseeing complex IT solutions
* Must have proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site implementation projects
* Must have a strong understanding of core IT systems, with demonstrable expertise in SAP
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to problem solve and multi-task

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
