In-depth familiarity with Oracle Cloud Platform services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Oracle Cloud Security

Preferred Experience:

Hands on experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules across ERP environments in a complex enterprise setting

Experience working in a public sector or government environment, including familiarity with related operational, security, and compliance requirements

Experience with automation and scripting to improve system administration, monitoring, and operational efficiency

Experience with job scheduling, batch processing, and operational job monitoring in Oracle Fusion environments

Experience with system performance monitoring, log analysis, and proactive issue identification across application and integration layers

Experience supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for Oracle Cloud environments

Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and related services, including troubleshooting application, integration, and configuration issues

Collaborate with internal IT teams (Security, Network, Service Desk) and Oracle/vendor support to diagnose, track, and resolve incidents to completion
