We are seeking two senior JD Edwards (JDE) technofunctional leaders to support the Sales and Marketing Division and Distribution as part of the integration. This role will play a critical part in integrating SAP OrdertoCash processes into JD Edwards, beginning with the hosiery business, while also supporting ongoing business needs.

This is a longterm integration initiative running through the end of 2027, offering the opportunity to lead complex, highimpact transformation work in a global retail/apparel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support OrdertoCash (OTC) integration efforts, merging SAP OTC processes into JD Edwards.
• Serve as a technofunctional subject matter expert across JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) (v9.x required; OneWorld experience preferred).
• Support and optimize OTC and Sales modules, including:
• Order Entry
• Pricing
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for JDE technical developers.
• Work handson with developers through configuration, build, testing, and deployment.
• Lead or support system testing, training, and enduser enablement, including development of documentation and training materials.
• Support additional modules such as Manufacturing where applicable.
• Contribute to integration planning while also supporting businessasusual enhancements and improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of JD Edwards experience, with strong emphasis on E1 v9.x.
• Proven experience across OrdertoCash processes and related financial flows.
• Strong technofunctional background, including handson configuration.
• Demonstrated experience writing functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Experience working on largescale system integrations or transformations.
• Ability to work crossfunctionally with business, IT, and development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and train users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OneWorld.
• Exposure to Manufacturing modules.
• Prior experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods environments.
• Experience supporting or leading M&A or ERP integration initiatives.
