Who you are:

As an Administrator III - Application Systems at Frost, you play an important role. You will administer corporate applications such as Flexera, ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, and other enterprise environments to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted applications access across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting documented disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Flexera platform, integration, inventory, and data quality issues
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Flexera, ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve platform reliability, performance, and data accuracy
  • Drive IT asset management, software compliance, lifecycle management, and governance initiatives across the organization
  • Oversee automation efforts, new inventory sources, discovery tools, and data feeds to improve asset visibility and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans
  • Mentor team members and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Service Management, Risk, and Audit teams to support enterprise ITAM objectives
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in systems administration, application administration, ITAM, SAM, or related enterprise technology roles
  • 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Flexera ITV, ITAM, FlexNet Manager Suite, or similar asset management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, compliance, and asset lifecycle management
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations, data synchronization, and platform performance issues
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, Active Directory, Azure, databases, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure technologies
  • Experience leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, including experience with SQL, Power BI, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools
