Summary

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to help drive complex technical initiatives from planning through delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This onsite opportunity in Pleasanton, California is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader who thrives on cross-functional coordination, clear communication, and keeping multiple workstreams aligned toward shared goals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables stay on track
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and status reporting
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, then drive practical solutions to keep work moving forward
  • Support collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to improve alignment and execution
  • Manage vendor relationships and help ensure external partners are aligned with project needs
  • Monitor project quality and support testing, validation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Resolve blockers proactively and escalate issues when needed to support successful delivery
Skills
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects from start to finish
  • Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to different audiences
  • Ability to build detailed project plans and manage timelines, scope, and resources effectively
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remove obstacles and keep projects moving
  • Experience supporting project quality standards through testing and validation
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with vendors and external partners
  • Ability to support forecasting, actualization tracking, and resource planning
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods in project management processes and tools
  • Experience helping multiple teams stay aligned on common program goals
  • Comfort working in an onsite environment and collaborating closely with teammates
